KIVO Brand Return & Exchange Policy

At KIVO we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure customer satisfaction. Therefore, we have established a clear and fair return and exchange policy:

✅ Order Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers can inspect their order upon delivery with the courier for 10 minutes to ensure the product’s quality and accuracy.

✅ Full or Partial Returns
– If there is an error in size caused by KIVO or a manufacturing defect, customers have the right to exchange or return the product at no additional cost.
– Customers can return part of their order at the time of delivery only.
– If the entire order is returned for any other reason, the customer will bear the full shipping cost

✅ Handling Incorrect Size Selection
If a customer chooses the wrong size the issue will be resolved amicably but the customer is not entitled to a return However, a size exchange can be arranged on a goodwill basis, but it is not mandatory by KIVO

❌ Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Products cannot be returned or exchanged once the order is received and the courier has left the customer’s location.
